APL Challenge
Officially Begins October 2, 2009 - October 2, 2010 Starting Picture ----------------->
My goal is to reach APL during this time frame. How I plan to reach my goals?
1. Follow my regimen down to the last period. I will not try out any new bandwagons and I will be patient.
2. I will stretch my relaxer between 12 - 14 weeks.
3. I will clean up my eating and exercise 3 times per week.
4. I will drink at least 64oz of water daily.
5. Wisdom: A watched pot never boils. I am just going to have fun with it.
